Before founding Sekforde, I was Senior Director at The Modern House and its sister brand Inigo, which I helped found in 2020. I joined as a Sales Negotiator, spending several years as its top performing sales person, and left having overseen the launch of their prime team and scaling the business from a small team to over sixty people.
That time gave me a deep knowledge of architecture and design, but also a genuine understanding of what people need – not just from a home, but from the people helping them find it. What I bring to every search is tenacity, an almost obsessive responsiveness, and a real commitment to the people I work with. I am dogged in finding the right home and equally dogged in securing it – but what matters most to me is that clients feel looked after, informed and at ease throughout.

For nearly 20 years I have been selling some of the country's most desirable homes. I started my career in 2007 at a leading City office before becoming Sales Director at The Modern House and going on to build my own specialist estate agency, Aucoot. Those years gave me an unusually complete picture of the design-led property world – as an agent, and as someone who has spent a long time understanding what separates a truly great home from a merely expensive one. I am also, at heart, an entrepreneur. My experience creating and building Aucoot has honed a commercial instinct that informs everything I do for Sekforde clients. My natural creativity means I am able to see potential where others don't, and my well-seasoned negotiation skills ensure it is realised.
